Do you love footwork? During this first class session you will receive, not only, a luxurious full body massage; you will also receive an abundance of foot love. This lovely package is all about feet, face and healing from within. While you lay upon our beautiful gemstone, Chakra balancing mat, warm paraffin booties will be placed on your feet. This not only softens your heels it also helps stimulate and increase blood flow, reducing muscle spasms and relieving tension. Moving up to the head, your face will be wrapped in a warm, damp, peppermint infused face cloth, opening the pores and cleansing the skin. Next, our famous gemstone collagen mask will be place and rolled with a jade roller, toning, firming and reducing puffiness in the skin. Ancient healers believe salt inhalation improves respiratory conditions by reducing inflammation and mucus in the lungs. As it is a natural disinfectant, antimicrobial and antibacterial. Although there are many benefits to using a steam sauna, skin health is a biggie. For clogged or congested skin, steam opens the pores and cleanses the outer skin, eliminating blackheads and preventing future breakouts (varies by skin type). For mature skin, steam restores moisture and enhances blood flow to the skin, which in turn, boosts collagen production. All in all, your skin will thank you!
